Our mobile wedding bars are a part of the package which our first class staff bring to your function. We pride ourselves on a first class service from point of enquiry through to post event. We are always contactable, available for advice or recommendations and happy to help you achieve a fantastic wedding. With over ten years experience in the wedding bar industry, and further twenty in the retail and service sector we are the company to trust with your special occasion. We offer a range of wedding packages that can be tailored to your requirements.
Wedding Drinks Packages
Our specialised wedding drinks packages provide excellent quality drinks at excellent value. These are managed to a very high standard allowing you to relax knowing that your guests are being well catered for during the day. All our drink packages come with free glass hire, chilling and pouring. We even have our own in house fully qualified wine sommelier to guide you. Below our some of our most popular packages although we can bespoke any package for you.
Wedding bars
The visual impact a wedding bar has within your venue cannot be underestimated. Our bars are hand crafted, available in various colours, shapes and styles and can feature special lighting effects. They have made it onto TV and celebrity weddings! Our bars are stylish, unique and suit any venue. They really are the perfect choice for your wedding.
We Supply It All
We supply staff, your chosen bar, a full range of branded drinks, in fact everything down to straws, napkins and ice. Our standard bar menu consists of a good selection of Craft Beer, Ale, Cocktails, Mocktails, Wines, Cider and a range of over 60 different shots and spirits, that include an excellent range of Gins, Vodkas, Rum and Whiskey. Credit card facilities are also available.
Card Terminals
We are often asked how guests can pay at the bar - we have mobile chip and pin card terminals available allowing your guests to pay by card. We also accept cash and have voucher systems should you wish to prepay for any drinks or give vouchers as a gift to your guests.
Locations and venues
Covering Sussex, Surrey, London, Kent, Essex and parts of Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. We travel roughly a two hour radius of our base near Haywards Heath, West Sussex. We cater for all types of venues which include village halls, marquees, stately homes, tipis and open fields! We provide bars indoors and outdoors for weddings, private parties and corporate clients.

About Wedding Bars
Whatever your venue, we will provide a first class mobile bar service to suit your needs. All we charge is a modest booking fee and that is all you pay – we then do the rest; we supply the staff, bars, full range of branded drinks, in fact everything down to straws, napkins and ice!
Our mobile bar units are specifically designed and manufactured by us. They incorporate concealed lighting which can be programmed for a range of colours and options.
Our uniformed staff will be on duty to serve you and your guests and help make your special day even more enjoyable and no matter what your drinks request, we are almost certain to have it; if not, we will do what we can to stock it for you.
We carry a wide selection of premium brand drinks, including draught lager and cider, bottled lager, ale and bitter, a large range of spirits (in excess of 60), wine, mixers and soft drinks. Most important of all, we charge pub prices, so there is no risk of your guests being overcharged.
In addition to our extensive bar service, we can also offer you some great deals on our drinks packages. All options include free glass hire and drinks which are chilled, poured and served by our highly trained
staff.
